– High School diploma or GED equivalent – 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, automotive/quality control experience a plus – 1+ years auditing experience – Strong written and verbal communication skills – Ability to follow written and verbal directions – Ability to work overtime and weekends as assigned – Steel toe shoes – Reliable transportation – No ride sharing – Clean driving record and valid driver’s license – no more than 6 points – This is a Hands on product auditing, paperwork auditing, training, etc. throughout the entire shift. – When things get extremely slow, they would have to be agreeable to be placed inspecting parts like a quality inspector
