Location: Eminence, KY
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $21/hour
Position Type: Temporary Assignment
About the Office Administrator Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Administrator to join a dynamic team in Eminence, KY. This role involves a combination of administrative duties and on-the-floor responsibilities, such as tracking materials, managing purchase orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. If you have a strong attention to detail and excel in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Track materials and maintain accurate inventory counts while working on the floor.
Manage and process purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
Utilize Excel for data entry, reporting, and inventory tracking.
Collaborate with other team members to support production and administrative functions.
Office Administrator Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office administration role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with inventory management and filing systems.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
