– Resume (Must be up to date) – Diesel mechanic skills preferred – High school diploma/GED – Required to complete the Form I-9 to verify their eligibility to work in the U.S. – Must possess excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills – At least 2 years (within last 4 years) Machine operator experience (in fast pace manufacturing environment) – Experienced interpreting blueprints with the last 4 years – Computer knowledge required – Previous experience performing machine set ups and running production jobs on PLC controlled machinery, hydraulic and mechanical stamping presses, or automated welding systems – Prior experience in metal fabrication or resistance welding a plus.
