Details: -Monday through Thursday -6:00 am to 4:00 pm -Steel toe boots Responsibilities: -Oversees production processes of location, and resolves issues as needed. -Approves and schedules maintenance work for equipment. -Organizes location workflow, and assesses projects and resource requirements. -Ensures that the location promotes a safety-focused culture, and ensures that equipment and facility meet company, and OSHA standards and regulations. -Develops and delivers training, coaching, performance feedback, and coordinates development for the employees of the location as needed. -Properly utilizes company communication tools such as IPS and Microsoft Outlook -Flexible/non-traditional schedule may be required, and some travel. -Performs other necessary functions as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: -Bilingual -Knowledge ~5 years in the truss industry ~5 years in production ~5 years as forklift operator ~Hight school diploma ~Valid driver’s license Other: -Ability to maintain professional, long-term customer and business relationships and partnerships through industry networking. -Strong professional verbal and written communication skills. -Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, develop and retain staff. -Ability to work effectively across all levels of management. -Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and delegate multiple tasks, and simultaneous projects and conflicting deadlines. -A proactive and open-minded approach to resolving problems and delivering results. -Ability to thrive in a fast-faced, ever-changing environment.
