Manufacturing Builder DETAILS 1st Shift Location: Springboro, OH About the Manufacturing Builder role – The manufacturing builder works either individually or in a team environment with other employees to build and assemble gasoline, diesel, or ethanol dispensing hoses, safety breakaways, or dispensing nozzles to our customer’s orders. – The builder will use basic sets, directions, work instructions, or drawings/diagrams to complete these tasks. – – – This builder should have a positive attitude and a drive to complete the task within the given quality and time standards. – Perform all duties as assigned by the supervisor – Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures – Maintain a safe, positive work environment at all times – Must be punctual and dependable regarding attendance

– Ability to perform essential job functions consistently safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and quantitative productivity standards. – Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards – Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. – Must be able to push/pull 150 lbs. – Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly in English – High school diploma or GED required – Must be able to read and comprehend basic-level instructions – Must be able to read and comprehend a tape measure – Must be able to read and comprehend analog and digital caliper readouts – Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service – Ability to work independently and to conduct assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
