Laser/Turret Punch Press Setup/Op Mon-Fri 7:00 am- 3:30 pm Pay $ 20- 27 based on experience HFI is a full-service sheet metal fabricator, specializing in stainless steel innovation Summary of Position: Set up and operate Lasers and Turret Punch Presses. This includes setup, tooling, and loading in the machine to produce a variety of small, medium, and/or large parts, ranging from simple to complex, which are within prescribed tolerances. Job Duties: Department Lead • Operates Computer Numerical Control (CNC) on respective AMADA brand equipment • Performs machine set-ups, adjusting and loading tooling, and making changes at the controls for parts as required for specifications set forth in blueprints, drawings, engineering orders, etc. • Check parts for conformance to prescribed tolerances Operator/Setup • Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and/or materials to the Supervisor or Quality Control Specialist (QC) • Setup and operate machines, independently with limited supervision • Ensure the work area is kept clean and free from hazards • Collaborate with other departments as needed • Assist in departmental measurable goals relating to production concerns, quality, and efficiency • Assist in monthly inventory count to ensure proper inventory control • Actively look for ways to improve the profitability and productivity of the company MEC Health 24-Hour Group Accident Short-Term Disability Term Life and AD&D Dental Vision Behavioral Health RX Plan Earned Paid Leave (based on hours worked)

Skills and Experience Required: • Experience welcomed but not necessary, willing to train the right motivated individual • Ability to interpret documents and drawings • Must be able to use mathematics to solve problems • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work • Must be organized and pay close attention to detail to optimize quality processes and increase efficiency • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. routinely • Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours Education or Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required); College Degree preferred • United States Work Authorization (Required) • Experience with any of the following is a plus: Amada Vipros, Amada EMK, Amada AE, Turret Press Machines, Mitsubishi Laser
