Our client designs and manufactures electrical solutions. They are looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for their Franklin Park, IL facility. Hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Compensation will be based on experience but can range: $26-$30. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Mechanic role are: • Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment • Perform preventative maintenance on machinery • Assist with calibration and maintenance of various machinery • Perform general repairs in the areas of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC • Operate pallet jack, scissor and boom lifts, forklift and climb ladders to access elevated areas and rooftop when required • Respond to emergencies during off hours such as weekends, holidays and evenings • Other miscellaneous duties as required
