Order Entry Representatives Order Entry Representatives are professionals who assist clients with order details. Ideal Order Entry Reps are well organized and detail-oriented. Essential Responsibilities Ensure key information is documented in our customer and ordering system. Communicate with dealers and vendors as needed with professional email etiquette and phone skills. Requirements/Education/Experience Experience with Orders and customer servicing especially via phone and email. Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities dynamically to meet deadlines and changing goals. Superior verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently. Strong attention to details, ensuring orders and deliveries are successful and any questions are handled properly.
