Alternatively, 4+ years of demonstrated B2B sales experience in a supervisory capacity in lieu of the specified educational requirement. Proven experience in sales management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success in corporate sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals. Strong leadership and motivational abilities to lead the sales team to meet individual and team targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. About the Business Development Sales Manager Role As the Business Development Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing the business by acquiring new corporate accounts and nurturing existing ones within your territory. Your responsibilities will include: Sales Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and market penetration. Coordinate with other departments for seamless execution of sales plans and initiatives. Corporate Sales: Identify opportunities for corporate sales by prospecting and building relationships with potential clients. Develop customized sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and meet revenue objectives. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings for corporate clients. Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics. Implement strategies to address sales challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients. Act as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
