– Computer literate (Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word) – Two to three years in the management of people in a warehouse environment – College degree preferred, but not necessary – Excellent verbal and communication skills – Food manufacturing experience a plus but not necessary – Forklift certification a plus but not necessary – Proficient in the understanding and the use of RF technology – Experience with plant safety programs – Good analytical and problem solving skills – Must be comfortable is receiving and giving open feedback – Should possess the following traits: have a sense of urgency, proactive, risk taker, courage and the ability to accept change
