Mon- Fri 8 am-4:30 pm Cherry picker positions. Could be doing both and helping on the warehouse floor as well. Depends on what orders they are working on. Be fluid and flexible. Will work in different areas the first week. Will not only be on a cherry picker. Before they are on equipment, they will learn the basics of our system and our picking process. Then, we’ll put them through our equipment training. Then, we’ll utilize them as equipment operators whenever possible which may not be all of the time. They may be required to perform other functions as needed that may or may not require them to be on equipment. ******Regardless of what task they are performing, they are getting paid as equipment operators********
