Maintenance Technician DETAILS 1st shift Location: Saint Louis, MO About the Maintenance Technician role – Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical. – Troubleshoot and resolve issues with building infrastructure and equipment. – Maintain and repair interior and exterior building surfaces (painting, patching, landscaping, etc.). – Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. – Conduct preventative maintenance on systems and equipment to minimize downtime. – Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs promptly. – Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment status. – Collaborate with external contractors as needed for specialized repairs or upgrades.

– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. – Ability to work in various conditions (e.g., heights, outdoor environments). – Standing, bending, climbing ladders, and using hand and power tools regularly. – High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in building systems or related fields preferred. – Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role. – Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. – Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. – Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. – Excellent communication and organizational skills. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team. – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
