CNC Saw Operator DETAILS 2nd shift Monday – Thursday 5:00 pm to 5:00 am, and Friday 2:00 pm to 2:00 am Location: Saint Louis, MO About the CNC Saw Operator role – Set up and operate CNC saws to cut materials based on production schedules and blueprints. – Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine cutting requirements. – Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to maintain optimal performance and quality. – Perform quality checks on finished products using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. – Conduct routine maintenance on CNC saws and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team. – Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and procedures. – Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.

– Previous experience as a CNC Saw Operator or in a similar role. – Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tools, and processes. – Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. – Proficiency in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). – Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. – Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team. – Technical degree or certification in machining or CNC operations. – Experience with other CNC machinery or fabrication processes. – Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
