Must have a High School Diploma or GED 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role preferably in manufacturing Proficiency in basic Math skills Excellent communicator, both verbally and written Mechanically inclined Knowledge of machinery and packaging equipment a plus Demonstrate an understanding of Quality Systems (i.e. ISO9001) Good Decision-making skills 5-S & Lean Manufacturing experience a plus Proficiency using Measurement Tools (i.e. Tape Measure, Digital Calipers, etc.) Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
